A short introduction to myself
Hi, I’m Miriam, and I’m an Educator and MindBody Coach specialised in helping people overcome chronic pain conditions, some of which they might have had for months or even years!
6 years ago I recovered from multiple chronic symptoms which had led me to quit my job and rely on others’ support. Symptoms included unexplained sciatica and piriformis pain, shoulder pain, and neuropathic pain in both arms.
The only reason why I recovered is because I learnt where my pain originated from, and took responsibility for my own health and wellbeing. I stopped looking at the horror stories over the internet and seeking support on sufferers’ forums. I also stopped expecting doctors and specialists to cure me - at a certain point, I realized that healing isn’t an external job - it’s very much internally-driven!
I am now dedicated to helping others because I believe that NOBODY deserves to live in pain, and no, it’s NOT NORMAL for pain to last for so long, unless you keep applying the wrong approach.
I’ve seen it happening over and over in people with debilitating chronic symptoms. They recovered after learning and applying the correct information.
