What kind of symptoms can this program help with?

+ I have been in pain for years. Will this work for me?
The approach I’ll guide you through has proven effective even for people who have had symptoms for a number of years. This is because most people have never addressed the original factors that are contributing to pain, and have continued to treat only the symptoms.
If you have never followed a mindbody and/or brain rewiring approach to chronic pain recovery that addressed BOTH root emotional causes and behavioural factors (habits, responses and expectations), and that was based on addressing symptoms as purely neuroplastic, then there's a great chance that this is why you haven't progressed so far. This program will fill in the missing gaps.
+ How long does it take to become pain free?
Those who follow this approach 100% typically see results within 5 to 6 weeks. However, every individual is different.
Consistent action that addresses beliefs, behaviours and reactions that fuel the pain cycle is key to recovering fast.
If you are taking this program while still very doubtful that it will work, then this may set you back. Since we work with the brain, it’s vital that you send your brain the right signals. Holding on to blaming past injuries or conditions for causing symptoms will impede progress.

+ What if I'm not sure that I have TMS / neuroplastic pain?
If there are still diagnostic tests that you feel you should take, you should take these first to eliminate serious medical conditions that require essential treatment.
If you have had all the tests and found no reason for your symptoms OR, if your symptoms were blamed on a structural condition but you have found no effective treatment for it, then it is likely that your pain is Neuroplastic / TMS.
+ How much of my time does the program require?
The program requires an average of 2 hours’ work every week, ideally broken down over multiple days of the week. It will take you around 30 to 40 minutes to read a lesson or listen to the audio and video, and after that, you will be required to work on a few small tasks during the rest of the week.
Realistically, you can finish the program in between 6-9 weeks.
+ Can I combine this Recovery Program with physical therapy or other treatments?
Certain treatments are in conflict with what is taught in this program, and are not recommended unless your medical practitioner deems it necessary. That said, you can decide whether or when to stop a treatment as you progress through the program.
The idea behind this program is to address symptoms from a psychological and neuroplastic level. Any treatment that addresses symptoms as a purely structural problem may interfere with your progress.
